Branda

Office Manager/Lead Assistant

Branda is the Office Manager and Lead Assistant with 17 years’ experience.  She excels in patient care and spreading her contagious smile. She grew up in Dubuque, IA and even attended the same high school as Dr. Roeder but in different graduating years.  Branda’s favorite part of her job is providing patients the experience of great dental care.  Her favorite dental procedure is working with orthodontics.  Branda is our weather whiz who loves all the seasons.  When she is not crafting, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Janell 

Registered Dental Hygienist

Janell joined our team in August of 2022 and I’d like to think she found her dental home.  She certainly completes our ‘family’.  As a dedicated clinician, Janell always gives 100% to our patients.  Quality patient care is very important to her and being sure that patients receive the absolute best care while with her is one of her top priorities. She is passionate about dental hygiene and educating her patients in home care.  Janell says the thing she likes best about her career is helping patients find their confidence through their smile and having a hand in that transformation.  Janell graduated from Lone Star College, Kingwood, TX in 2013 and since then has worked in Chicago, Grand Rapids, MI and Houston, TX before returning to the Quad Cities.

Since returning, Janell, along with her husband, Aaron have been renovating their 1800’s farmhouse into their forever home. When she’s not busy giving the best care to our patients, she is busy spoiling her daughter, Rosalyn and raising barn kittens. She loves all things outdoors including hiking, kayaking, and picnics. When she gets a free minute to herself, Janell can be found listening to true crime murder mysteries and podcasts.

Carrie 

Patient Coordinator

When you walk into our office you will be warmly greeted by our amazingly talented scheduling, billing, insurance and chaos coordinator, Carrie.  Caralee brings 25 years of dental office experience to our front desk. In her 5 years with our practice, Carrie is always ready to help, whether it be insurance related questions or jumping in to aid with patient care. She never hesitates to go the extra mile for our patients, whether it be scheduling referrals to specialty offices, helping to coordinate treatment and timelines and always ensuring your insurance dollars go as far as possible.
When Carrie isn’t handling all things front desk, she is an avid runner. You can find her running almost every Quad City area race. Carrie’s joy comes from her family and faith. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Hunter, and she loves spending time with their daughter, Allison who resides here in the QC.  Her smile and cheerfulness are contagious. We and our patients are so lucky to have her as part of our team!
