Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental care available. An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible by offering several payment options.

Please note:

Troy Roeder, DDS PC requires payment at time of service.

For patients needing financial arrangements for services above $500 we require 25% of the total at or prior to the time of service. We accept remaining debt payment in two monthly installments.  A credit/debit card is required to secure the account. You authorize permission to debit the card on an agreed schedule.

For patients with dental insurance we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment. Any estimated amounts due and payable by the patient (including co-pays and deductibles) are due on or by the day the services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

However, if we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 60 days, you will be responsible for full payment of your treatment fees and collection of your benefits directly from your insurance carrier.
