Insurance Information

At Troy J. Roeder, DDS PC, we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options.  To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures for both IN-Network and OUT-of Network plans.  As a convenience to you, our office will submit charges for service to your insurance carrier, but we consider the patient primarily responsible for the account. Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs.  Insurance companies are strictly a benefit to obtain the care you need.  They cannot diagnose nor are they responsible for treatment recommended by Dr. Roeder.
It is the patient’s responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-payments, or any other balance not paid for by the insurance company at the time of service.  Please understand that this is only an estimate, and is based upon the most current information available to us.
If for any reason, we have not received your insurance carrier’s payment 60 days after the claim was submitted, the remaining balance will be due and payable by you.
Please bring your insurance information with you so that we can expedite reimbursement.
